Anyone compare the length between this and the short dot?

Also, 2 people have brought to my attention the sunshade, and its effects on the FOV at 1X.

Do you see any negative effects @ the low power?

There isn't a sunshade. So far the only negative I see are the covers.

Actually my bad. I forgot the S&Bs I looked thru had custom reticles done by Premier Reticle here in Winchester. I retract the statement.
