Ban on transgender in the military announced.

Interesting. Looks like Trump just announced that there will be a ban on trans serving in the military in any capacity. After consulting with his generals and other experts he made the decision. There is going to be much liberal wailing and nashing of teeth. California and Hawaii judges are warming up their pens I am assuming as well.

There are many other psychological disorders that the military bans, I don't know why this would be any different.

    What? No…

I thought everyone was supposed to get a participation trophy in our modern progressive society. How could those military barbarians even consider excluding someone just because they are unfit for the job? What about the excluded person's feelings?

Do ordinary federal judges have any authority (technically, subject matter jurisdiction and personal jurisdiction) over military affairs like this?

Probably not( I have no idea), but that doesn't mean they won't attempt it. I have no doubt they are scouring the land for some trans person to file a lawsuit on behalf of.

I have several Facebook friends who haven't served freaking out over this. They don't understand the military's job is to kill the enemy and break their shit, it's not a social experimentation Petri dish.

    I'm ok with this.

It's about time he did something that the voters want. Now if he could use that same authority to nix the whole women in combat thing...
