Glad you got it resolved, although four months is a little too long IMO.

Did they fix the divot or give you a new receiver?

If new receiver, was it same SN, and how many hoops did you have to jump through?

They gave me a new lower with a new sn, so it had to be sent to an ffl.

Sorry for the thread resurrection, but for those that received carry handles on these, did yours have any markings on it? I don't really have a need for mine and assume it's a Colt, but I'd like to know for sure before listing it. Also, these look to be widely available for $~850

Mine was listed with a carry handle, but didn't ship with one. I called and they sent me one, but when I received it, it was unmarked so I assume a non Colt part. Probably a fine Chinese product

My assumption was it was Colt, but unmarked since it came with it. However, I'm not sure that's a good assumption.

FWIW, I bought what was supposedly a BCM CH from a guy one time on another forum. He had good feedback so I trust him. That CH had zero identifying marks.
