Figured that would be the case, appreciate the reply.
A standard polymer Eastern bloc AK grip feels like a thin popsicle stick in my Wookie paws. The US PALM Battle Grip beefs up the geometry of the grip and combined with an after market enhanced safety selector like a Krebs, the ergos are much improved upon.

That's capitalism folks.
So anyone have an idea of what US Palm AK products are going for on the aftermarket?
I have not been able to find any prices on AK30 mags (w/ or w/o steel inserts) , new or used, and various colors.
I've seen Battlegrips fetch $65 for Gen2 (w/o the rubber plug) black grips but have heard the other colors especially the Gen1's with rubber plug go for higher.

The extra diameter of their grip was a welcome addition for those seeking to modernize an AK, the radius at the top of the grip was too short, and didn't support the back of the hand well. In my case, this, combined with the taper of the grip tended to drive my hand up into the bottom of the receiver... which was especially annoying on rifles like the AMD (which have a stock folding button onto which my hand was pressed).
When the grip came out, it was the best aftermarket grip around, but the magpul grip was better and cheaper. The grip, like the magazine, would have benefitted from some evolution.
They made a pretty good chest rig too.
I know it's going to give some people the heebie jeebies, and I was skeptical myself, but the officially licensed US Palm grips by PTS(airsoft company) are exactly the same as the OG US Palm grips, except for the PTS logo on the inside of the grip. I bought one and compared it to a real US Palm grip myself. They're $25. The GBB model is the one that works with real AK's.
I have no idea about the mag situation.
Perhaps that is the company US Palm sold their molds and copyright to....
The only thing I would be leery about is the materials that PTS utilizes, they might look and feel the same but if they went el cheapo on the recipe there could be an issue.
Thanks for the heads up though, never heard of them before.
