Shooting the Barrett M107A1 At 1 Mile

Took the M107A1 out to 1 mile last week with some APIT which was a bonus because it made the trace/splash really easy to see, even at that distance.

Wind was a huge factor as you expect but it was fun nonetheless. Even managed to get a few hits.

I'm not 100% sure where it it; it's out in the middle of nowhere. Basically go toward Henderson and keep going for 20 mins after that in the same direction...

Otherwise known as Boulder City, lol. Sounds like it could have been near the dry lake bed South of Boulder City on the 95. Bit too far for me. Plenty of places to go 1200-1300 near me but getting to a mile is a little trickier without shooting across a trail. With the amount of offroaders, dirt bikers etc, not something I want to do.
