Foxtrot Mike FM-9 BCG experience/compatibility?

I just noticed that Brownells is selling the FM-9 BCG separately. Other than having forward assist notches, using a standard AR extractor, and being reasonably priced, there isn't much info out there on them.

Does anyone have any experience with these?

What are your impressions of their quality?

Are they compatible with Colt style SMG mags?

No experience but the CMMG 9mm is on sale for $170 then you can get like $10 off. I'd try the FM if it was $100.
