SLR Sentry 7 clamp on gas block?

Building a 300 Blk upper, Faxon barrel. This will shoot exclusively, Supers.
Any 300 Blk barrel I've encountered has been overgassed as the perceived need to be able to shoot Subs and Supers from same gun/barrel requires a gas port large enough for Subs, that's apparently overkill with Supers.

Any knowledge as to rather or not the SLR clamp on GB will fit in the BCM KMR-A rail?

    Thanks.

    Interesting; guess I'll answer this.

    Just got the upper together.
The SLR clamp on DOES fit the BCM KMR-A rail.
    There is ample clearance.

Probably didn't get an answer because many of us will not use clamp on blocks.

A set screw gas block is better than a clamp on. Clamp on tend to break screws. My SLR gas block works great and if you do have any trouble with it, Rifle Works has great customer service

    Figured as much.

    It's my first.
Thought I'd try it as it came with a Faxon heavy fluted 300 barrel in a recent deal.

My preference has been set screw gas blocks, pinned with set screws even better.

    Thanks.
