NFA engraving an already cerakoted lower?

I just picked up a Radian AX556 lower, I have 4 of the AXTS AX556 lowers which were anodized, but apparently these now come cerakoted (black). Does anyone have any experience engraving cerakoted lowers?

I have an SBR that was cerakoted before it was engraved. But I'm an owner/end user. Not a Cerakote applicator or engraver. I'm happy to answer whatever question I can as a non-expert.

My Cerakoted lower was engraved and I paid the extra few bucks for black color fill to hid the white aluminum.

We laser engrave cerakoted receivers all the time, it has no effect on the quality of the engraving.
    I paint spaceship parts.
