Rather disappointed in omega 9k

It wasn't the sonic crack I tested both super and sub sonic ammo. It was noticeably louder on the blowback with both. I believe its the escaping gases from the action as it opens since with a blow back the bolt starts moving back before the bullet has left the barrel un like a locked breach weapon.

Understood, and I wasn't referring directly to you. Along the same lines though, is a poorly set up host or poor host choice a deficiency of the 9k? I don't think so.

I am running a Octane 45 on a CZ Scorpion and it is seriously quiet. The massive bolt slamming home is the loudest ping in hear.

So I imagine action noise is always going to be a factor.
