Was supposed to get to 92% here. It's on the downhill slide now. We had some cloud cover, so I was able to see it with sunglasses on with the clouds help. Used the cereal box method with the wife and kid to check it out. My wife is a science teacher, so she was pretty much geeking out over it. I didn't pay attention to it when I was seven in 1979, so at least I can say I watched it this time.

All I could see was a cloud so total waste in my AO. Nature robbed me.

Here's my hastily set up viewer. Worked decently for 3 minutes worth of work.

    Trying to figure out Imgur...

Clear and approximately 98 percent here. Had to convince my 15 year old daughter that she needed to watch it. She actually said that it was "pretty cool."

Got some NASA approved glasses to watch got maybe a 60-70% eclipse in FL, watched the peak of it for 5 mins from back yard, went back to work. Had it been a total eclipse where i was, would have been much more excited and interesting to see it go dark for a few mins.

Like I mentioned above, we were in the path of totality and it was more like twilight than actual night. It was enough that the parking lot lights came on but the sky looked like it does during the day's last few minutes of daylight.

That's cool. Went to UT. Mother lives north of Knoxville; she had a pretty good view.

    Neat how the temperature dropped.

I watched it "old school" using two sheets of paper.

I'm under a thick layer of hippie forest management, so it just got a little darker for a bit.
