I'd say Ohio State I guess. There isn't really a great pick so I can see how you would put Alabama ahead but in my opinion Ohio State's good wins make up for the loss to Iowa when comparing them head to head with Alabama.

Yeah I mean I wouldn't say that OSU has an ironclad case here or anything, I just think that Alabama got in purely on their historical performance in other years and the SEC's historical performance. They had an absolute cupcake schedule and the only really good team they played beat them. If anything to me this says that the playoff should be kept to four teams because I think this year only three teams really deserve to be in it.

I'm stiff debating the 6 hr trip and 400 dollar tickets... The wife wants to go but I'm not sure I want to swing it when the national championship game is only 2 hrs and I already have a line on those tickets.

I'm not mad about it. I just wish there was a different way to go about it than the OCs and DCs from any team having to pull this double duty crap when they're hired away after the regular season. It takes much needed focus off the playoffs. Hopefully Pruitt will do right by us like Smart did before he went to Georgia.

He think he said he was stay until after the playoffs. Kiffin only stayed for the first round of last years playoffs. Wasn't there for the NC game.

Could've used him in the NC game. Not a good time to make a change. Now they're on their 3rd OC since last season and I'm not sure Brian Daboll is the answer either.
