I have run a RM06 on a Glock, a Benelli M4 and a M4 carbine as a primary optic. It did well in all those capacities for me. I like a magnified optic as my primary on my carbine. I am in the process of getting a Elcan Specter DR for my 10.4" 416. I would like very much to mount a RM06 or RM09 piggyback as a backup sight and mainly for use with a gas mask as I am in LE.

Of those who have used both of those two optics on a carbine, or at leaset the RM09 with the 1 moa dot; how did you like that size dot on the rifle?

Second question; have any of you run a RM09 or a 1 moa dot on a pistol? I have a HK USP 9mm Expert that is just a tack driver and I really feel it could benefit from a RMR. From those with actual experience, was the 1 moa dot too small on a pistol? Keep in mind, I have always favored a smaller dot, like the 2 moa Aimpoints or the center dot of the Eotech.

Thanks in advance Guys.
