When was the last time you had cleaned the powder bar/ assembly? I noticed using Unique that if I cleaned the assembly every 1,000 or so rds the metering is more consistent.

Cleaning the powder measure every so often is a good idea. I also wipe down the outside of all plastic surfaces with a dryer sheet to eliminate static.

Good to know I am not the only one having an issue like this. Using titegroup also, I see a variance of +/- .1. I clean the powder bar regularly. I have got to work on making my bench more stable, as I think that might be part of my problem.

Anyone who is seeing a consistent variance of +/- 0.1g should be happy with the results. An electronic scale can vary by 1/10 grain.

RCBS beam scale. 2 digital scales and neither seam to want to calibrate correctly so I gave up on them. I am happy with the results sometimes OCD just kicks in. Please my bench does wobble a good bit been meaning to tear it down and support it better.
