    Humbling Moments

Unhappy with my performance in a local match this morning, I hit a static bay to do a little more shooting. Wrapped up my shooting for the day on a good note performance wise.

However, I still had a poor attitude and just a general pissed off mood. As I was aggressively working the push broom cleaning up brass I noticed something. A beautiful Butterfly was just hanging out on the ground. I bent down to steal a few pictures.

Discovered a couple other critters all within 10 feet of where I was shooting. Instantly felt humbled and refreshed. I would assume there's probably a picture of me online somewhere now as "Crazy Brass Guy on hands & knees!" from one of the vehicles that slow rolled my bay.

    Totally worth it.

I was going to say that the first one is not a butterfly, and then I kept scrolling.

Correct? Scrolling is a skill learned not earned.
