    300BLK SBR range report...Help

Previously ran 200 rounds, no issues.
I ran 400 rounds approximately yesterday, at the very end, around 393 it failed to go forward. all the way,,
I could manually extract bolt no problem.
So, I cleaned BCG and rest of rifle as it very well as it was very dirty.
Today, after cleaning, I went to range again.
    Fail to fully go forward.
Bolt will go forward without magazine. With magazine it stops. I tried 6 different mags. These are Magpuls 300BLK , Magpul 556 and D&H 556 mags.
And my upper has some interesting marks too.
Bolt slides down and locks with charging handle taken out to see if there is binding.
    Any ideas?
Rifle is PSA lower, Geisselle SSA trigger, Upper PSA 300BLK 8.5 Inch barrel 1/8, PSA phosphate coated BCG with BCM extractor spring.
    I was using 150Gr Freedomunitions 300BLK.
    Here are some pics.

Will a loose round drop into the chamber and back out?

If those rds drop in a go/no go gauge, it's an upper problem; leade, headspace, something.
I'd return it and have manufacturer sort it out.

Damn. Found the problem. Next time I go to range I need to bring glasses.
But, its still not good as I need to get ahold of Freedomunitions.
There was a part of a case in there. Lake city, broke in half.
I just couldnt see anything in barrel. And if you can, look in the picture of down the throat of the barrel, it looks like rifling and two rings. Its flush...
    Thanks for your help.

    Thank you for sharing this.

Some folks like crosswords, I frequent the gun forms looking for AR & Glock problems & try to learn.

    Glad you figured it out.

That is exactly what I suspected. It's probably a fluke and just a bad piece of brass. See what Freedom Munitions says. I've never had any problems with converted LC brass. You might want to take a good look at the chamber though, it might be just a little rough.

Let us know how everything goes with it going forward.

Thanks everyone. I emailed Freedom munitions. I did the best I could with magnifying glass and 1.5 glasses, as I am 50 lol, Did not see any nicks or scoring in barrel. I have a friend, neighbor, who is a Armour of sorts, maybe he has a bore scope to look better than what I was able to see.
According to research, its a J split. Not real common. But, I will try to avoid re-manufactured cases for a while.. Just make me feel a little better for now.

This is usually a sign of excessive Headspace. I would check the dimensions of your ammunition and chamber.

I say usually because if you have excessively stretched and reloaded brass (LC fired from a SAW), you can see this in a nominal dimension chamber.
