The Second Amendment ACKNOWLEDGES our right to own and bear arms that are in common use that can be used for lawful purposes. The arms can be restricted ONLY if subject to historical analogue from the founding era or is dangerous (unsafe) AND unusual.

Quite a bit of info has been released in regard to weapon caches at three different properties, not including the hotel suite. Also his vehicle was in the parking structure at the resort with 1600 rounds of ammo and Tannerite. His vehicle supposedly left the resort while he was eating/gambling suggesting he was there with someone according to time stamps on the resorts CCTV garage feed.Originally Posted by Todd.K

Smokescreen/diversion. I maintain that he was under duress. This gave somebody a chance to move an otherwise attention grabbing Instrument of bad shit into town while people were focused on something else.

I'm sure the security guard was holed up in a Mandalay Bay room the whole time, being watched by MB/MGM people, and they are more than concerned with liability issues.
Concerning the time line, how do you mess up when the security guard was shot, as in before or after the shooting began on the concert crowd? I guess the guard was the only witness to that.
As for the shooter, nothing makes any sense does it? It makes one wonder what info. is being held back, and why.

Hotel was in his name, but the escape plan would involve going back to his house for more guns? And a hotel room full of an excess number of guns but not one in the "escape vehicle" ?
I am however convinced there was ellen/mgm collusion. Ellen gets the ratings, mgm gets a single very soft interview, security guard gets paid to keep his mouth shut until the lawsuits.
