Well, I have to admit, it happened to me once and the round wasnt loaded backwards. At one time I had a Kimber TLE stainless 1911 (notice I said HAD) . Firing it at my PD range and had a failure to eject, basically a horizontal stovepipe. I tapped, racked, and some how the next round came out of the mag, flipped and chambered. Lodged it in there pretty good. If it hadnt happened to me I wouldnt have believed it either.

I was thinking of something similar with weak mag springs I've encountered, which are generally in older mags that aren't tight to begin with. Highly unlikely, but I can see how it might happen. Granted, this was a newer gun, but a bad mag spring could allow for it to happen.

Duh moment. I was so floored by the picture I didn't read the solution.
It's hard to be a ACLU hating, philosophically Libertarian, socially liberal, fiscally conservative, scientifically grounded, agnostic, porn admiring gun owner who believes in self determination.

Solution is the throw the whole thing in the trash, but that's just me.

Worst cars always came with the best warranties for a reason.

Like some criminals, lock them up and throw away the key cuz they have no further use nor purpose in this world of men.
