Underneath the flash hider on the CZ Scorpion is a thread protector. I noticed on mine that it was finger tight only. I tightened it down with a screw driver as it is notched. The question is should I locktite it? Obviously I don't want it coming loose. What are your thoughts?

Mine would always come loose. I just removed it and put the flash hider back on. I did not want it coming off accidentally and being trapped inside the flash hider while shooting.
