Vs the dust collector stuff Beretta itself wants to focus on.

The 92 is very desirable in certain configurations.
It’s just that Beretta has been lacking in putting those configurations to market.
They at least took a hint and came up with a G conversion for FS slides.

I hope they go to all vertec slides and Brig slides for the front sights.

Sadly,
It is my understanding they can the upper working reliably below about a 4.25 barrel length so we will never see a true compact or subcompact 92.
And the huge trigger guard and relatively low mag release means we will never see a subcompact.
