    Colt 6921/M4 surplus upper w/ KAC RAS

    I have what I believe to be a police surplus 6921/M4 upper for sale. It comes with the carry handle as shown

    Bolt carrier marked "C," bolt marked "MPC," barrel marked "C MP/5.56 NATO 1/7"

    The extended A2 flashhider has been pinned and welded for 16" total length.

    KAC RAS comes with VFG and two rail panels.
