For that money stop looking. In the grand scheme of things same thing minus the roll mark.
Brownells has 6920 lowers for $240 shipped right now.

Or buy a complete rifle and sell the upper.
6960 has downgraded pistol grip, stock, & trigger guard.
In MD, the 6920 upper is banned, therefore didn't think about looking for a 6920 Lower. The 6920 from Brownells is a great price, thanks.
Hmm. Since the 6960 was developed with the help of Pannone, Hackathorn, and Holland, featuring: Magpul SL buttstock and pistol grip as well as a MOE trigger guard, didn't thing those were downgraded items.
Downgrade to me. Prefer USGI.
Liberal Insanity...
AR's are essentially banned in MD, with the exception of the Colt Match Target HBAR which is specifically named in the law. There is some gray area "allowance" of other AR's with barrels marked HBAR, sort of... maybe. Atleast no one has been the test case yet...

Our current AG in 2013 as a State Senator authored "Firearms Safety Act of 2013 (FSA’13)"
In Maryland prior to 2013, the shape of the barrel determined whether or not you could buy an AR-15 cash-and-carry or if it was treated to extra scrutiny and registered with a 7 day waiting period. Heavy barrel AR-15s were sold like hunting rifles. AR-15s with the non-useful cut for the M-203 grenade launcher were sold as “deadly assault weapons”.
I am not making this up. And prior to 2013 it was perfectly legal to take an HBAR rifle and put a government profile upper on it and turn it into an EVIL “assault weapon”.
Yes, the law in Maryland is this stupid. More stupid shit: in MD it is illegal to purchase or sell a magazine greater than 10 rounds, BUT we can leave MD, purchase whatever capacity magazine and legally return to MD with them. So if whomever has a great sell on 30 round magazines, as a MD resident you are unable to purchase and have them mailed into MD. So you purchase them as a gift for a family member and or friend living outside the boundaries of MD. Yes as a gift, the majority of magazine sellers will only sell to MD residents if it is purchased as a gift and mailed to a non-Maryland address.
If you scroll down to "Regulated firearm” means it list all banned firearms. Note: US Federal Court on a 10-4 ruling upheld MD's ban, referencing Supreme Court stating they aren't protected by the 2A.

Just sold a P226 TACOPS to a MD resident, but unable to include the 4-20 round magazines.
