What 300 BLK upper should I buy?

I’m thinking of getting a 300 BLK upper for the sole purpose of suppressed hog hunting and just wondering if anyone has any recommendations. I have an SBR lower already so I can go short barrel. I will not use it for self defense or anything of the like so there is no need for top notch gear here, just want something that is accurate enough for hog hunting and doesn’t break the bank.

Also, I haven’t really researched these builds too much, is there anything 300 BLK I really need other than the upper and ammo?

BCM 9" or build your own. I'm presuming you plan on shooting hogs with supersonic loads?

    Upper, ammo, and .30cal can.

That being said, 300BLK isn't going to do anything better than 5.56 on hogs IMO.

I know BCM is a great brand and recommended highly here and all but I don’t think I really need something that high of quality for this. Only reason I’d really go with one of these builds over my 5.56 Noveske 10.5” is it would be a lot more pleasant on the ears without hearing protection (suppressed) and I’d rather have a magnified scope vs the red dot on my 5.56 upper. Plus, it could make for a fun toy shooting subsonics.

Are you opposed to building your own?

Do you plan on hunting with subsonics?

    Same.

    - KAK 8" barrel

    - BCM MCMR 7" Handguard

    - Maxim Defense PDW Stock

Will probably go with the DA Sandman K for a can.

This would be an HD rig and would shoot 110gr TAC-TX.

The old AAC 9” with Knights URX may not be the lightest, but it is renowned for relibility suppressed or not. Never a problem with mine with any ammo. Price has dropped lately for new and slightly used.

If it was soley for suppressed use I would love to build an upper with the Sionics RGP barrel.

Ive built all my other uppers so I am definitely not opposed to it. I’m assuming that hunting is better left to the super sonic rounds but I’d probably keep a mag of subsonics with me in case some were close enough

I don’t see myself ever shooting it unsuppressed. What is the benefit of the RGP barrel?

Edit: nevermind, reduced gas port. Wasn’t thinking
