vBulletin has the ability to ban users from a single thread.
Not suggesting it be applied to anybody in particular, but if you have a problem with users taking and not giving - or not following through on pledges, does it make sense to drop the ban hammer?

Didn't think anyone would. This is the 3rd time this has happened with big PIF's from him. I've never claimed anything from him, but have contacted many folks over the last 2 years who have never received anything.

This is why I tried to put the kabosh on people jumping on his PIF and PIFing their own items. I was concerned it would be as before and a one-way PIF. Sorry if you didn't catch those posts, I even PM'd a couple guys.
And yes JW is right, this is not the first time. When I called him out, he said he always honored his PIF's. Well regardless of what Elephant said about keeping his PIF's the general rule is the first in the thread to posts and PM gets the items, generally speaking. He said he must have deleted those PM's to make room for more, but all he had to do was go to his original post and see who posted after him and contact those users, so forth and so on.
I know I'm not the PIF Police, but it sucked last time this happened, and I did not want to see any members getting gaffled. (Screwed)
