F marked front sight block with sling loop, bayonet lug but no pins with it - pulled off one of my AR's.

Looking for magpul MOE carbine handguard preferably in black, milspec buffer tube or a full A2 stock and rifle buffer tube.
Maybe some mag couplers? Detachable carry handle? Always willing to trade for a magazine, especially 20rd.
