Very Disruptive Adds

I don't know how this is affecting anyone else, but there are some very disruptive video/audio adds showing up at the top and bottom of the page. I don't really care about the video/audio aspect of it but they actually jump you away from where you scrolled too and, for brief periods, stop you from scrolling. They don't even necessarily bring you back to the add, just jump you away from where you were in a thread.

I'm on Chrome and don't see them. I use AdBlockPlus.
