SR25 and Geissele Super Presision selection

    Hello,

I'm looking to mount a Trijicon AccuPower 1-8x28 to a SR25 and considering a Geissele Super Precision - SR-25 / AR-10 Scope Mount. My question is what "length" and "cant" do I need for this configuration? If it helps with will be used as a casual range gun, hunting rig, and HD.

    Thanks,
    NIXDSG

They make scope mounts with an upward angle (cant). At very long range a scope can run out of clicks needed to raise to the correct point of impact.

    Makes sense.

Wow, that is hardcore. We did 500 and 800 meters in boot with A2's, open sights. I thought that was out there. Needing to cant a scope? I'm recalibrated!
