A free floated BCM BFH. Mine is a 14.5", mid length with a DD rail. It is consistently MOA or better with good, factory ammo.

I’ll also add that my two Daniel Defense 18” S2W barrels will equal my Colt SOCOM but they are heavier. Considerably so.
My carbine has a 14.5" Colt SOCOM barrel, and it shoots great! It is on the heavy side, so if you're into light weight ARs it isn't the barrel for you.
Larue says no guns leave their facility without being able to shoot 1 moa at 100 yards.
Personally, I would buy a 6920 oem, sell the barrel, and buy a new stainless barrel and whatever handguard I wanted. Savings over fancy AR models is considerable, end products likely just as good.
Doesn't Larue guarantee?
KAC LPR is certainly sub MOA

I think there are many good suggestions here. If I was looking to build a 1 MOA M4 here are some of the options I would look at.
For Chrome lined barrels:
Colt SOCOM
Criterion Hybrid profile
Centurion/Noveske/BCM CHF and FN. I believe all of these use the FN barrels but not certain
For Stainless:
Probably a dozen options that can shoot 1MOA or better
My Colt 6900 (free floated barrel) will easily shoot 1" w/quality handloads. I'm sure it'll do the same thing with premium factory ammo, which I never buy. I've had a lot of experience shooting Benchrest & that's (shooting off a good rest & bag) a big part of shooting small groups.
