Probably missed it, but is the frame itself tan? Or is it cerakote?

Molded tan, like Glock's other color frames, but my impression is that it's a little bit lighter color (closer to FDE) than their standard tan (brown). Can anyone confirm the color who has one or has seen them in person?

The more I think about it the dumber it gets. Can you imagine Colt making an AR that didn’t accept all Factory Colt AR magazines!

It's pretty straightforward. The MHS (G19X) design predates the Gen 5 - the competition had been going on for a couple years - so when it was designed, it accepted all Glock factory mags. They have since come out with the Gen 5 mags, which are not backwards compatible with the older MHS / G19X design.

The color is Coyote Brown instead of Glock FDE.

It was April/May when I got my initial (lifetime) membership last year. Do they send them all out at the beginning of the year in subsequent years, or do they send them around the time of one's anniversary?

Yeah, no... You need to account for variations in photo exposure and copy and paste transfers... ST911's post of the same pic on another forum(s) is much more true to life.

That's the camera. I can take several of my guns and they will look different depending on the lighting and flash.
