Which flash hider is good?

I currently have a rugged surge for my 5.56 upper which has the quick disconnect ability, what I don’t know is what flash suppressor is threaded so I can screw my silencer on to it. Which flash suppressor would work well without the silencer on it for low noise and flash signature?

Being it’s an Sbr I need it to be short and compact as well.
