Knight's Armament Armorers in San Antonio, TX area?

I have an SR-15 mod 1 that I want to change out the A2 flash hider for a 3-prong QDC (so that I can use the same QDC suppressor on several rifles). I don't have the tools to do this job right.

Does anyone in the San Antonio, TX area have any recommendations on someone who has experience and tools to work on KAC rifles?

    Appreciate any info.

Yep, sons of liberty gun works.

I have a 308 on order with them now, been by their shop a few times. He's been on the P&S modcast a few times also

So nearly a month and a few unanswered emails and a couple of voicemails later there is zero response from Sons of Liberty Gun Works. Literally no interest in my business.

    Any other recommendations?

    Wow!
I purchased several items from them last year and the year before and they had great CS.

But with that said, I’ve noticed this is becoming a pattern with several posts over the last few months. Maybe their business has grow too fast causing their CS to suffer. I hate to hear that.

Not in San Antonio, but perhaps give Triarc Systems is in the DFW area a call? Not sure if they have KAC tools, but perhaps they may be able to point you in the right direction?

So, I bit the bullet and bought the Knight’s tool and did it myself at home. It was actually pretty straightforward with the proper tools.
