I don't make it a habit of misgendering people, even if I hate them. She is transitioning to female and therefore is referred to as She or her. Calling her a man is no different than calling you a woman if I disagree with you on something.

Just because you don't like it or approve doesn't change that fact.

Biologically, she is still male, unless someone has found a way to eliminate that Y chromosome, which some day they probably will. I'd refer to the person as "she" out of respect for them and their wishes, and have done just that in my interactions with trans people. I have no respect for Manning at all, so D Bag will suffice he/she/it or otherwise.

That he wanted to transition to female (external speaking) has no bearing on my dislike for him. That he's a traitor who should be sitting in jail is where the dislike originates, at least for me.
