    G19rmr holster OWB

Ive been running a safsriland als for an m&p with tlr1. It works for both the mp and glock with and without a light. I paid $30-$40 for it. I cant find the same holster to accept rmr (for my newly rmrd glock) for <$110. Am i missing something?

Can i mod this standard als to take an rmr?

    Have you tried HolsterOps?

It won’t, unfortunately, without some heavy modification. I have a 6354DO for G34, I wasn’t aware of M&Ps and Glocks fitting in some of the same holsters but I can check.

ETA - my FS M&P9 will technically fit, but won’t enhance the ALS and it’s a little snug. I’m not really aware of any ALS that fit both platforms, but if you just need a holster for a Glock with RMR, check out the 6354DO or the new RDS line.

I moved away from m&p. My glock fit in my old holster until rmr happened.
I may have to go kydex. I cant bring myself to spend $80 MORE just for an rmr cut, and the retention isnt necessary, just nice.

I’m sure you have experience with regular kydex holsters so YMMV, but I only use Safariland ALS holsters now unless it’s concealment based. The suede lining is nice but it’s mostly because I don’t have to find the right level of friction to kind of secure my gun but also not really impede my draw. The ALS is so damn fast, as long as you hit the tab to release it. Plus I like the G-Code RTI system so it’s worth it. As I said though, YMMV.

    Thanks guys.

Does anyone know of any kydex offering that takes a tlr-1 but will secure the gun without the light attached(and still accepts rhe rmr)?

The ragnorock will not secure the gun without the light if you buy a light compatible holster, according the their site.

If yall are telling me otherwise, ill buy one. I’ve been looking at them, but discounted them when i read that.
