Fair price for a M1A Scout Squad?

Like new Scout Squad, with 6 Magazines, Mag pouches and an excellent wood stock along with the one that came we other it?
400 rounds have been through it.
Someone is interested and I'm not shooting it.

One has a bid on it for $1100 on GB but the reserve isn't met. I always take the full value that I paid then multiply that by .75 for being used and that would be my reserve. Accessories at market value- especially mags and such. I wouldn't take less than that if it were in decent shape and ran well. Now if it had issues then that should be disclosed.
