If I buy a psa pistol lower can I put any pistol upper or any upper on it legally? Example if I buy this http://palmettostatearmory.com/psa-a...516446451.html can I buy a bcm 11.5 upper and have it be legal. On bcms website it says nfa item. Also can someone link me to a post about the legal side of ar pistols on here?

Any length under 16" can go on a pistol lower. It's only an NFA item if you put it on a rifle lower.

Why do you keep starting new threads? Why not ask in one of your other threads about lowers?

Regardless of the roll mark the question would be the same on a BCM lower, you could’ve asked the question there. Laws don’t change based on companies.
