Springfield Saint Pistol in NY

Hey quick question
Can’t seem to find anything about it online but does anyone know what the legality of the Springfield Saint pistol in terms of what its classified as by the ATF etc? Would you need a class III or IV license for it? I’m a LEO in NY so getting “assault rifles” isn’t a problem for me but this is something I’ve never owned or tried to own in the past. Is this technically an SBR or is it a pistol? If it’s a pistol it should be no different for me to buy it and register it with the police department. Thanks!

It is a pistol. With a SB Tactical k brace. I’m not sure what the exact laws are there but it is classified as a pistol.
