These guys are worse than Surefire. Going on 8 months now. Same response every time: “It’s with the gunsmith”.
How long does diagnosing and replacing a damaged barrel take them?

Why do the loudest do the least?
They had a Colt Python of mine for almost two years to re-time it. They fixed it though.
They aren't as big like area-wise as you might think.
Plus other folks booger their guns too.
Which is why I say keep spare uppers or know someone local worth a flip.
It's been a minute, I know ..
Long time to be without a rifle, and a good example of why having a spare or two on hand is a good idea. I hope my Trooper never needs to go back for anything.
Well, Euro, you did drop it off the side of a mountian...
But yeah, that is a long drag. It does seem the larher companies are slower on warrenty work. Just from what I have seen. Maybe partly do to the number of items returned for work, maybe because the guys doing it aren't any more numerous than mid sized companies. I know not.

Euro, check your PMs, please...
My trooper with the broken rail screw was fixed and sent back to me in about a month if I recall.
