Pros/Cons best 7.62x39 zero range for non AKs?

What do you find works best for you?

I have AR height sights on a SIG 556R, with 1/3 lower witnessed Romeo.

I did 50,
And it is about an inch high at 100,
So I think that will work out fine.

For me it depends on the barrel length...

10.5" - 50 yds
16" - 100 yds

Depends on what you use it for I guess. Mine is set up with thermal for hogs and coyotes at 50 yard zero, but my usable MPBR on smaller ones w/o coming off the body is right at 200. Doesn't matter 99% of the time well under 100 yards. For my ammo a 50 zero is .86 high at 100 for a 16".
