Shooter at large? That is odd. These guys are usually either tackled, shot, or kill themselves. 20 shot and no fatalities? Pellet gun???? Even 22lr has a better than 1:20 chance of killing people. Birdshot at long distance?
The Second Amendment ACKNOWLEDGES our right to own and bear arms that are in common use that can be used for lawful purposes. The arms can be restricted ONLY if subject to historical analogue from the founding era or is dangerous (unsafe) AND unusual.

I just heard the news reports on my way back from work.
Shooter is confirmed in custody.
I didn’t catch casualty numbers.
