Not too mention the ball being dropped numerous times prior that could have prevented the entire incident.

    I think you'll see it fade rapidly for that reason. Just like every other incident, it doesn't fit their narrative.

    My apologies if this has been shared as I haven't kept up with every post & am not certain of how much stroke it actually has...anyone familiar with the source?? It was shared on a hunting forum I frequent & sorta creepy if factual. I don't want to run this off the rails but just couldn't get the smell to go away & hoping for some feedback from the M4 LE community to either substantiate or correct.

    4. What I stumbled upon was a Broward County law enforcement system in a state of conflict. The Broward County School Board and District Superintendent, entered into a political agreement with Broward County Law enforcement officials to stop arresting students for crimes.


    12. We found out about it, when six cops blew the whistle on severe criminal conduct they were being instructed to hide. The sheriff and police Chiefs were telling street cops and school cops to ignore ever worsening criminal conduct.

    Hard to grasp how so many of those directly affected are handling the anger with this incident having so many opportunities to be avoided & not just on the front end any longer??

    I don't believe that's going to be the case. At least not in the long run. To them it's not the Sheriff or the FBI. Although they F'd up. The end result is that if it wasn't for the firearm this wouldn't have happened in the first place and what law enforcement did or didn't do would be irrelevant

    I don't want to go outside my lane, but as other LEO's here have made clear here, if you're the only one there at that time, it sucks to be you, but waiting for sufficient numbers is not an option nor an excuse.

    If four deputies sat on their fat asses while children were being gunned down, that is incredibly irresponsible and totally unacceptable.

    If you are the only LEO present, or the only one willing to do your job, you move to contact and deal with the shooter. That is the way we trained and the way I trained others.

    We'll see I guess, but I disagree. At the very least they can't effectively argue against armed citizens when it's been proven that the government won't save the day.
