Since it's plastic, why can't you thin down the trigger guard? Waiting for some kind of smart a s s answer

I could, but it would look pretty ugly and I didn't want to do a hack job.

Maybe a file to take it down then a light touch with a hot knife for contouring? Just enough to melt the surface a little, I mean.

    Fair enough, I respect that.

    I wouldn't trust myself
I hope that P80 changes the trigger guard in the future to stick within the same envelope as Glock, but for now, it's not an issue. I just swap frames out to my OEM ones if I want to use the non-light holsters.

I hear ya... because of my record with woodcarving accidents and being rather attached to my fingers, I'm stuck waiting for a gunsmith to get back to me on chopping and rebluing a bayo lug.

    Per Polymer 80:
    https://www.polymer80.com/holsters/

It does suck that you can't fit them into Glock holsters, unless you're carrying with the WML and use such a holster. I never do that, so if I end up carrying it, it'll mean adding a few holsters to the shoebox yet again. But I have a few thousand rounds to go before I make one of these an EDC, so no big deal.

In addition to the aformentioned issues with the Polymer80 in a regular Glock holsters without a light attached I personally had issue, it wont fit and still be able to be drawn, with mine and a TLR1 in a T.Rex Arms Ragnarok. What I found to be the problem is that the rail sits just a hair lower, causing the light to be mounted just a little lower on the pistol, making the pistol/light combo to be a little "taller" than a standard Glock with the same light attached. I tried to work it in and out but found that the holster was scraping the light and when I tried to draw from my belt it was a no go, way too tight.

I second this and with a regular style rail as well, the Pic rail is noce, but creates more holster issues

I did an 80%Poly 80 It took all of 20 minutes and came out perfect and works flawless. 500 rounds of 115 gn plated bullets and 4.4 GN Win 231 powder I loaded up in 2014.
