    300 on a budget

I have a client that needs some weapons.

Without getting into a lot of details, I determined that a 8 to 9" barreled 300blk will fit the needs of this client. Since we don't want to get into tax stamps they need to be pistols with arm braces.

Since this is for a non profit organization, they have very little budget for things that go bang.

So I am seeking advice from this wise body of the house of M4carbine, on how to give them a gun that will go bang every time.

We will still need to know how much the budget is.

I’m hearing that a complete Sionics blem lower (minus stock) is $199 plus shipping.

Scratch that lower - you need pistol.

Do the parts need to be new? If not, check the EE.

I would take a look at Ballistic Advantage, you can get most of the parts there.

Bcm 9" upper (600 ish) and you build out the lower with a pistol brace.

Shipped lowers are supposed to be transferred as "other" or something like that. Regardless of the buffer tube.

That's what the 4473 should say, so you can still build it as a pistol.

If you really want to go cheap on the lower PSA has complete lowers with KAK shockwave for like $170. Pair with a. BCM upper and toolcraft BCG and you should be under budget.

Kak shockwave is definitely the cheapest option for a decent brace IMO
