These rails have been sold out for what seems like forever. I've never seen a NIB 3.1 for sale privately, but then again I've only been looking for like a year...

Brand new in the box KAC URX 3.1 10.75" Rail and I'm including a brand new in the package short panel rail kit. And some sweet ass stickers.

*I did open the barrel nut to see if it'll fit my "newer style" wrench and it's a SUPER TIGHT fit. I'll include it if you want to try it out, just make sure you return it back to me after you're finished please.
