On Android, keep getting redirect that I won some bullshit, audio "congratulations"

So I'm on an Android, and when I go to this site lately, it redirects me to a spinning wheel, and some creepy voice says "congratulations".
    It only happens occasionally.

    Anyone else?

You have the "Congratulations" virus. A Google search will show you ways you can get rid of it. This malware is on your phone, not on this site.

I get that from time to time on news sites. If I close the browser, open a new one and enter the same news site again it goes away

So I've tried what it said, not fixing the problem

Edit: realized that I downloaded FrostWire recently to get a couple awesome 80s songs. That's about when it started. Uninstalled, so far so good...
