HCS built recce upper. Holds 1MOA with Mk262. Only issue is the custom flash hider isn't coming off the Ops Inc brake. I'm sure someone more mechanically inclined could do it. This flash hider is made to the exact spec as the few that were issued to SOF in the early 2000's. The flash hider was intended to replace the silencer in order to preserve the can but still reduce the signature of the firer. Slight wear on the rail from use, maybe two places were finish has worn. This upper has done a phenomenal job and served admirably through a Defoor Recce Rifle course.
