Would you say MK262 is better than M193 and M855 in every aspect?

Terminal ballistics at close range, terminal ballistics at reduced velocities, light barrier penetration (drywall, plywood, residential glass), accuracy, bucking wind.
Also, should one expect less muzzle blast due to longer dwell time of the heavier bullet?
