Need help: How to use a 65MOA Circle Dot Sight.

Getting my first circle dot sight. Has a 65MOA circle, with a 2MOA dot in middle. Will be mounted on one of my 16" rifles.
Im planning a 50/200 zero...depending upon responses here.
My goal: accuracy & efficiency out to 300 yards.
Ive searched interwebs for awhile...here too...not seeing anything on how to use this circle at distance..and/or up close, like inside 10 yards.
If I missed something here, please forgive.
The 4 tick marks on the outside edge..the "north, south, east, west" marks..how are they also utilized?
Any info yall could share to get me started learning will be greatly need & appreciated.
Also- ammo used initially will be MEN 56 gr FMJ.

IIRC, the bottom "tick" is the POI at 7 yards.

The 65 MOA ring is for ranging human beings.

That's great and all, but does POA change from 50 to 200 yards? Seems pretty useless...

It's for range estimation, not a BDC.

The quadrant tick marks are useful for adjusting your hold if the rifle is canted. Also, EOTech reticles disappear if the rifle is canted 90 degrees and you're wearing polarized lenses.

The bottom tick mark is not a 5/7/10/whatever meter POA/POI, that's a huge misunderstanding. It's a quick reference point for aiming in CQB, but with a 200m zero, is nowhere near the holdover you'll actually have. It's best to just learn how to hold. (hairline for brain box, in line with collarbones for sternum within 10m)

The ranging with the reticle is a useful parlor trick. Takes nothing away, but is good to know.

Some people use the circle itself as the aiming reference point within CQB distance, others like myself use the center dot and find that the reticle is subjectively faster and "pulls" attention to the center dot. Can't explain it, don't overthink it.
