    Talking Colt PD trade-in

What’s the consensus on these? I went ahead and ordered the Canadian LE trade in. Markings are pretty cool. And for $450 flat. How could I not?

I have 3 used Police Colts (2x 6920. 1x 6721). Theyre all banged up a bit but otherwise functionaly fine. Two ran fine when I picked them up and no problems to this day. Never changed a thing. Third hasn't been picked up yet

Similar with my experience with a PD shotgun. Lots of wear marks on it but functions perfectly. I believe most PD guns get rode hard but actually shot a lot less than our personal guns do.

Ok guys. I have a problem/question. I posted this on a FB group and some think that that Colt LE rifle is not available to be had through the NFA process and that only FFL/SOT may own them. Does this sound right?

On the page, it states that it can only go to an FFL/SOT, no individual sales.

Yeah, I saw that. Thought that meant it just had to be transferred to an SOT, before somebody could take possession. Don’t understand why this is restricted to SOT only.
