It's probably considered an "import" for Import Ban purposes. F*** you very much, LBJ and H.W., piss be upon you both...

Our agency just received 80 Colt 6921’s to be issued out during 2nd Quarter quals to replace the current issue Colt 6520.

Anyone interested in knowing who buys them up and resells them? If so I’ll try and track that down to share.

I got a sweet $290 Gen 2 Glock 17 when the police trade-ins were due to switching to .40S&W. The biggest issue was someone scrubbing the nylon firing pin channel with a brass brush. When I detail-stripped it, I replaced the liners—brand new gun complete with Austrian proofs! Mighty fine for $290. I’m sure someone shot it, but not much.

So ridiculous. What really irks me is how so things can be imported just fine, nobody gives a sh*t. But S/A Canadian LE trade-in, SOT only.

There may be ITAR in the mix too, since the Dickless Deepstate Total Crooks at State Dept. DDTC have a particular hard-on toward Canucks (albeit even moreso toward Brits).

I saw that. How sad. Oh well just picked up a Mosin M38 for two bills yesterday anyway, so I probably should let my gun fund recoup a little.

Don't that just mean it has to go to your local gun shop then he does the background check and paperwork and you are good to go?? Like a gun from gunbroker sent to your FFL gun shop??

SOT is the guys who have the supplemental license for NFA stuff, not just your regular neighborhood 01 gunshop.
