If concealment isn't an issue I'd go Safariland ALS as well. WITHOUT the SLS/hood

I have used Safariland exclusively for duty, but on my personal rigs I have been extremely happy with my Gundo Holsters Deuce Deuce with level 2 retention (for OWB on my 1st line) and T Rex Arms Sidecar (for AIWB off duty). T Rex Arms Ragnarok also gets high praise if you don't need additional retention but I haven't personally used it.

Gundo is veteran owned and they have some of the best customer service around IMO. They make holsters for a variety of pistols, with a variety of lights, and a variety of mounting options. Paul knows what he's doing and will get more of my business soon. (Doesn't hurt that he is originally from my stomping ground and a Star Wars nerd too).

+1, sorry Robert, didn't bother to read the thread, just answered the OP ?

I like the Raven Eidolon as an AIWB holster for Glocks, claw only

I've never been able to make light attached work in concealment carry for both comfort and concealment

These look like great holsters... for the Glock 19 6345DO, If I don't have the red dot yet, will that holster still work?

and it looks like it's good for Glock 17 and 19?

Yes. The retention system used the ejection port. I can run my 17’s, 19’s and 34 in it with and without an RMR.

The retention on the 6353DO is not on he optic. Meaning the part of the holster that stands out between the 6378 and 6354 is really more of a shroud than a retention point for your RMR or whatever RDS you plan on using. I used my 6354DO without my RMR and only my suppressor sights.
The lockup was there. I’d also tell you that my 6354 is made for use with a G19 w/ TLR-1H and I’m running a TLR-7 which is smaller and shorter than the 1HL and it still works . A slight bit of shimmy, but absolute lockup. Also in my 6378, there is a plug for my G19. You’d need to remove that if your holster has one.
I’ve buy my holsters from OP Tactical.

They really are an outstanding holster. The ALS is the best holster retention I’ve ever used.
