I'll get some sunlight pictures once the horrible weather breaks. Kind of a USASOC'ish build.

What do you think about leaving BUIS off the list? I like where the ACOG sits without. . .

    Cheers,

Nice build out. As far as irons go leave them off if you are happy with the acog.

I personally have one I'm waiting on a form 1 on. I used a colt lpk, colt 4 position tube, ergo grip, kac mag release, safety, and trigger guard, larue trigger etc. Its going to get a lmt 14.5 inch upper with kac rail and buis. Also going to have a kac masterkey mounted to it(waiting on the form 4 for it).

Oh man, definitely making the most of the lower! I love the design of those kac rails.

This is the tightest fit I've ever experienced in an AR. Better than any of my factory rifles, including a couple 6920's. Very happy with these lowers.

Good luck with the sweet kac build

    What a beaut!

Great job, really looks like everything was well thought out and executed to a T.

Put's a lot of rifles to shame, hope to hear back with an accuracy report.

Following up, I managed to get out to the range with some difficulty after work. Post-holing back to 100 yards after an initial 25/50 sight in, I had to dig DOWN to the shooting bench. Winds were mixed and heavy at times. All in all these were not perfect conditions by any means. Shooting supported off a rolled up army blanket.

Top left - @ 25 yards, confirming mechanical alignment

    Top right - @ 50 yards

Center @ 100 yards. Stringing left to right was certainly all my fault. The wind and conditions were problematic.

These were all Wolf Gold 55gr. I'll get some Black Hills 77gr OTM through it at a later date. I'm very happy with the initial indications of accuracy for this barrel. The system on the whole is very smooth. That LMT tube really helps with the liquid-slick cycling feel.
